Strawberry Matcha Latte
- 1 cup nut milk (homemade vanilla bean roasted cashew milk)
- 1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 tsp camu camu powder
- 1 tsp matcha powder
Add nut milk and strawberries to a blender and blend until there are no more strawberry chunks.
Heat milk over stove till it’s just about to boil.
Add milk back to the blender and add the collagen and camu camu powder and blend until incorporated (about 30 seconds).
Next heat enough water to make a matcha “shot.”
Add 1 tsp matcha to the bowl and about 2 oz of hot but not boiling water and whisk with an electric frother.
Add milk to cup with ice and pour the matcha shot over. Throw in some cut up strawberries too, like I did, for a refreshing treat after you finish your latte!
