Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked cashews
  • 2/3  cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 4 1/2 cups filtered water
  • 1 1/2  cups strawberries
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Soak your cashews for at least 6 hours. I typically just soak them overnight! Just place them in a big bowl and fill with water until the water covers them by at least an inch.
  2. After they’re done soaking, drain the water out and place the nuts in a blender. 
  3. Add in the coconut flakes and water and blend on high for at least 3 minutes.
  4. Make sure your strawberries are washed and the tops are removed and then add them to the blender and blend once again.
  5. Pour the liquid into your Bigger Better Nut Milk Bag over a large bowl and squeeze until all of the liquid is out. Transfer to a jar or container and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
