Strawberry and Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Instructions

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats ⁠⠀
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds ⁠⠀
  • 1 cup homemade almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein ⁠powder
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in the fridge overnight⁠⠀
  2. Top with strawberry chia jam (mash a handful of strawberries with a fork, mix in a spoonful of chia seeds and put it in the fridge to thicken) & creamy peanut butter and crushed peanuts.
