Salted Caramel Energy Balls

Ingredients:⁠

  • 1 c leftover nut milk pulp
  • 8 small/medium dates⁠
  • 1/4 c cashews⁣⁠
  • 1/4 c coconut ⁣⁠
  • 2 tbsp almond butter ⁣⁠
  • 1/4 c maple syrup ⁣⁠
  • 1 tsp vanilla⁣⁠
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt ⁣⁠
  • 2 dark choc squares, chopped⁠


Directions:⁠

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or by hand.⁠
  2. Roll into balls and freeze.⁠
  3. Take out around 5-10 minutes before eating and enjoy!⁠
