Rainbow Chia Pudding
Rainbow chia seed pudding! Make you favorite smoothies and then layer! Or mix in powders (like beet) to your chia seed pudding!
•1/2 cup homemade almond milk
•1/2 cup homemade coconut milk
•3 tbsp chia seeds
•a dash of vanilla extract
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Leave on the counter for 10 minutes, then stir again, then put in the fridge overnight.
**To make it pink, add some beet powder. Mix it in after it has sat for 10 minutes before putting it into the fridge. The orange smoothie she topped hers with was homemade papaya and almond milk! Yum!Recipe & photo contributed by @tinyteathings’.
