
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 a banana
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp almond-cashew butter
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- ½ cup of oats *soaked*
- Tahini (topping)
- Hemp seeds (topping)
- Coconut shreds (topping)
Instructions
- Combine everything in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer to your favorite bowl and top with tahini, hemp seeds, and coconut shred.
