Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl


  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp almond-cashew butter
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • ½ cup of oats *soaked*
  • Tahini (topping)
  • Hemp seeds (topping)
  • Coconut shreds (topping)


  1. Combine everything in a blender until smooth. 
  2. Transfer to your favorite bowl and top with tahini, hemp seeds, and coconut shred.
