Pumpkin Bread

Do you love pumpkin bread? Because we do! We have a great recipe that is simple, healthy, gluten free, dairy and egg-free, and so so so delicious!


Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 2 tbsp organic coconut flour
  • 2tbsp coconut sugar 
  • 2 tbsp baking powder 
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon 
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice 
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 can organic pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup homemade almond milk 
  • 2 tbs organic maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil


Mix ingredients together in separate bowls, then fold over wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Bake at 350º for 55 minutes. Topped with @simplemills organic vanilla frosting, organic brown sugar and coconut flakes.
