Pumpkin Bites


  • 1 mashed banana
  • leftover pulp from the pumpkin seed milk
  • Cinnamon
  • sea salt to taste
  • 2 handfuls dried Mulberries, ⁣
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 2 tbs vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbs maca powder
  • 1 tbs ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbs quick oats
  • 2 tbs @lakantosweetener maple syrup
  • 2 tbs coconut flour and stevia to taste (highly recommend using this for extra sweetness without spiking blood sugar)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Scoop dough into 1 tbs sized bites.
  3. Sprinkle with more pink salt, and keep in the refrigerator!
