- 1 mashed banana
- leftover pulp from the pumpkin seed milk
- sea salt to taste
- 2 handfuls dried Mulberries,
- 1 tbs almond butter
- 2 tbs vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbs maca powder
- 1 tbs ground flaxseed
- 1 tbs quick oats
- 2 tbs @lakantosweetener maple syrup
- 2 tbs coconut flour and stevia to taste (highly recommend using this for extra sweetness without spiking blood sugar)
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Scoop dough into 1 tbs sized bites.
- Sprinkle with more pink salt, and keep in the refrigerator!
