Superfood Pancakes

Ingredients ⁣⠀


  • 1/2 cup protein pancake mix⁣⠀
  • 1/2 cup almond milk ⁣⠀
  • 1 egg white⁣⠀
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon⁣⠀
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts⁣⠀


  • 1/4 cup Ellie's Best superfood pink pitaya (dragonfruit) powder⁣⠀
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter ⁣⠀
  • drinking water⁣⠀


  • ginger apple bar⁣⠀
  • coconut flakes⁣⠀
  • frozen blueberries⁣⠀
  • hemp hearts⁣⠀
  • toasted pecans⁣⠀ 



  1. Mix the ingredients 
  2. Heat pan on medium high
  3. When pan is hot, add some coconut oil
  4. Pour batter in the pan to the size of pancakes you want
  5. When bubbles appear in the center area of the pancake, flip it
  6. When golden brown, remove.
  7. Make all pancakes this way. 


  1.  Mix powders together in a bowl
  2. Add water until desired consistency is achieved
  3. If desired, you can warm it up in a saucepan on the stove on low heat
  4. Drizzle over the pancakes

Apply toppings as you see fit and enjoy!!!!
