
Superfood Pancakes
Ingredients ⠀
Pancakes
- 1/2 cup protein pancake mix⠀
- 1/2 cup almond milk ⠀
- 1 egg white⠀
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon⠀
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts⠀
Drizzle⠀
- 1/4 cup Ellie's Best superfood pink pitaya (dragonfruit) powder⠀
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter ⠀
- drinking water⠀
Toppings⠀
- ginger apple bar⠀
- coconut flakes⠀
- frozen blueberries⠀
- hemp hearts⠀
- toasted pecans⠀
Directions
Pancakes
- Mix the ingredients
- Heat pan on medium high
- When pan is hot, add some coconut oil
- Pour batter in the pan to the size of pancakes you want
- When bubbles appear in the center area of the pancake, flip it
- When golden brown, remove.
- Make all pancakes this way.
Drizzle
- Mix powders together in a bowl
- Add water until desired consistency is achieved
- If desired, you can warm it up in a saucepan on the stove on low heat
- Drizzle over the pancakes
Apply toppings as you see fit and enjoy!!!!
