Pink Pitaya Lemon Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 frozen banana⁠
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower (riced cauliflower blends easily)⁠
  • 1 scoop Ellie's Best Pink Pitaya powder⁠
  • Juice from 1/2 of a pink lemon⁠
  • About 3/4 cup coconut milk (less if you want to eat with a spoon; more if you want to drink it)⁠
  • Vanilla protein powder ⁠


  • Diced dragon fruit
  • Pink lemon slices
  • Coconut chips⁠


  1. Blend together, top with toppings and enjoy!
