Pink Oats


  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • Cinnamon

Top with:⁣⠀

  • Cinnamon & oats seed bar, roasted pecans, pepitas, coconut, chia seeds, dark chocolate, and sunflower seed butter⁣


  1. Cook 1c oats & 1c almond milk until thick and creamy⁣⠀
  2. Stir in 1tsp Ellie's Best Pink Pitaya Powder + a handful of finely chopped coconut flakes + 1/4tsp Himalayan pink salt + a shake of cinnamon⁣.
