This pineapple gingerade is kid friendly, no sugar added and the perfect thirst quencher. Make a pitcher or two for your weekend party, hopefully you don't run out. It makes amazing cocktails too! 🍍
- 4 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 large lemon
- 1 inch chunk of ginger
1 cup ice cold water
- Using a blender, blend all ingredients into a puree.
- Use your Bigger Better Nut Milk Bag to strain puree, squeezing to remove all pulp.
- Serve fresh over ice or refrigerate and enjoy within two days.
Notes: If the pineapple is too sweet for you, add water to taste. And if you want to make this a cocktail, add a shot of alcohol of choice.
