Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie


  • 1/2 banana⁣
  • 1 cup of frozen butternut squash⁣
  • 1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower rice ⁣
  • 1 scoop of your fave vanilla protein ⁣
  • 2 scoops of peanut butter powder or you can sub 1T. of regular peanut butter ⁣
  • Homemade almond milk⁣
  • Ice⁣
  • Pinch of cinnamon ⁣



  1. Blend on high and top with your fave granola and extra peanut butter
