Peanut Butter Chocolate Baked Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk (I used homemade oat milk)
- 1/2 a ripe banana
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter + a little extra;)
- Chocolate chips for topping
1.Blend the oats, milk, banana, and peanut butter until a batter forms.
2.Pour the batter into an oven safe dish and add some chocolate chips (I also like to sink some into the middle).
3.Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
