PB & J Smoothie


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of frozen organic cherries
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower rice (steamed then frozen)
  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen peptides
  • 1 TBL hemp hearts
  • Approx 1 cup of homemade almond milk


  1. Blended everything together until smooth.
  2. Top with crunchy peanut butter, cacao nibs, and almonds.
