Paleo Almond Pulp Crackers
These crackers are made using your left over almond pulp! They are so easy and delicious.
- 1 cup almond pulp
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it flat. Cut them into squares and poke holes in each of them with a fork.
- Bake on the parchment paper on a baking sheet for 20 minutes at 350º.
- Flip the cracker over pull them apart and bake for another 15 minutes.
