Paleo Almond Pulp Crackers

These crackers are made using your left over almond pulp! They are so easy and delicious. 


  • 1 cup almond pulp
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Put the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it flat. Cut them into squares and poke holes in each of them with a fork. 
  3. Bake on the parchment paper on a baking sheet for 20 minutes at 350º.
  4. Flip the cracker over pull them apart and bake for another 15 minutes.
