Paleo Almond Crackers


  • 1 cup almond pulp
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 2 tables spoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Put the mixture between two pieces of parchment paper and rolled it flat
  3. Cut square crackers and poke holes in each with a fork.
  4. Bake on the parchment on a baking sheet at 350F for 20 minutes
  5. Then flip the cracker over, pulled the crackers apart, and bake for another 15 minutes.
