
Overnight PB Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2c cup oats
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Ground flax
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 cup of homemade oat milk
- Banana (topping)
- Chia seeds (topping)
- Cacao nibs (topping)
- Peanut butter (topping)
Instructions
- Combine 1/2c cup oats, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tsp chia seeds, ground flax and 1/2 mashed banana with 1 cup of homemade oat milk.
- Put in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning top with banana, chia seeds, cacao nibs, a big spoon of peanut butter and enjoy!
