Overnight PB Oats


  • 1/2c cup oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Ground flax
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 cup of homemade oat milk
  • Banana (topping)
  • Chia seeds (topping)
  • Cacao nibs (topping)
  • Peanut butter (topping)


  1. Combine 1/2c cup oats, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tsp chia seeds, ground flax and 1/2 mashed banana with 1 cup of homemade oat milk.
  2. Put in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning top with banana, chia seeds, cacao nibs, a big spoon of peanut butter and enjoy!
