Golden Apple Oats & Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup homemade unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- In a pot, combine 1/2 cup oats + 1 cup homemade unsweetened almond milk + 1 scoop Turmeric powder + 2 tsp chia seeds. ⠀
- Bring to a gentle boil then reduce to simmer and cook till thick!⠀
- Top with an organic gala sautéed in coconut oil, cinnamon, granola, unsweetened coconut yogurt & local raw honey

That is probably a couple of scoops, you will just have to judge how many you want based on how many of the oats there are! She made it about half oats/half yogurt! I hope this helps.
