Nut Pulp & Seed Groat-nola

Holy granola! @spinachdaddy made granola with her leftover pulp from her batch of homemade almond-cashew milk and it looks amazing! 🤤

Ingredients

  • nut milk pulp (from almond-cashew milk)
  • sprouted groats
  • pumpkin seeds
  • chia seeds
  • honey
  • almond butter
  • applesauce
Note: For this recipe you have to be little like Rachel Ray and just add whatever amount you think looks good and estimate quantities....just go with it! 😉

    Directions

    1. Stir everything together until the oats are totally coated in the almond pulp mixture.
    2. Transfer the granola to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until it turns a lovely golden brown.

    She's a true granola lover, but paired it with her favorite fruits and yogurt! 💓🌟🍯

    Then she layered her groat-nola between plain yogurt and all the fruit, honey and bee pollen! 🌟🌞🍯🐝
