No Bake Salted Caramel Brownies
- 1 1/2c pitted medjool dates
- 1c walnuts
- 1/2c hazelnuts
- 1/4c Organic Traditions chocolate latte powder (sub 1/4c cocoa or cacao powder)
- 2tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2c almond butter
- 1/4c maple syrup
- 1tbsp homemade almond milk
- 1tbsp coconut oil
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor until it reaches a brownie consistency. Press down into lined loaf pan.
- Stir together all ingredients until smooth and pour over top of brownie layer. Place in the freezer to firm. Once set, sprinkle with sea salt, slice into squares and enjoy! Best stored in the freezer.
