No Bake Almond Bars


  • 2 Cups Almond pulp (not packed)⁣⠀
  • 1 Cup Medjool Dates ⁣⠀
  • 1/4 C Almond Butter ⁣⠀
  • 1/8 Cup Chia Seeds⁣⠀
  • 1/4 Cup Jam ⁣⠀
  • 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate (melted w/ 1tbsp Coconut oil)⁣⠀


  1. Process the first 4 Ingredients⁣⠀
  2. Spread content on parchment paper into a square⁣⠀
  3. Freeze for an hour⁣⠀
  4. Top w/ a layer of Jam⁣⠀
  5. Freeze for an hour⁣⠀
  6. Spread an even layer of melted chocolate⁣⠀
  7. Freeze for an hour and enjoy!
