Morning Star Bowl

Ingredients: 

  • 1 1/2 cups of cooked quinoa
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp blueberry jam
  • 1/2 cup Bananas
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tsp nut butter
  • Dash hemp seeds
  • Dash cinnamon
  • coconut
  • 100% pure maple syrup
  • Dash of my homemade almond milk

Instructions:

  1. 1 1/2 cups of cooked quinoa Mix in chia seeds and cinnamon
  2. Top with homemade blueberry jam, bananas, strawberries, nut butter, hemp seeds, coconut, 100% pure maple syrup, and a generous dash of my homemade almond milk
