
Mint Avocado Brownies
Ingredients:⠀
- 1 ripe avocado⠀
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 2 eggs⠀
- 2 tbsp collagen peptides⠀
- 1/4 cup homemade almond milk⠀
- 1/3 cup cacao powder⠀
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil⠀
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract⠀
- Cinnamon ⠀
- Sea salt⠀
- 1/2 tsp baking soda ⠀
- 1/4 cup honey⠀
- 2 Honey Mama's Oregon Peppermint chocolate bars *chopped up*⠀
Directions:⠀
- In a food processor mix together all of your ingredients and blend blend blend! For about 30-40 seconds *if longer it becomes too cakey instead of fudgey brownies*⠀
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 25 mins. ⠀
- Let cool and drizzle with more Honey Mama's peppermint chocolate (whisked with homemade almond milk to make the chocolate sauce extra creamy) and enjoy!
