Mint Avocado Brownies


  • 1 ripe avocado⁠⠀
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 2 eggs⁠⠀
  • 2 tbsp collagen peptides⁠⠀
  • 1/4 cup homemade almond milk⁠
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder⁠⠀
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil⁠⠀
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract⁠⠀
  • Cinnamon ⁠⠀
  • Sea salt⁠⠀
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda ⁠⠀
  • 1/4 cup honey⁠⠀
  • 2 Honey Mama's Oregon Peppermint chocolate bars *chopped up*⁠⠀


  1. In a food processor mix together all of your ingredients and blend blend blend! For about 30-40 seconds *if longer it becomes too cakey instead of fudgey brownies*⁠⠀
  2. Bake in the oven at 350F for 25 mins. ⁣⁣⁠⠀
  3. Let cool and drizzle with more Honey Mama's peppermint chocolate (whisked with homemade almond milk to make the chocolate sauce extra creamy) and enjoy!
