Mermaid Smoothie Bowl

This delicious mermaid bowl is made with only 3 ingredients!


  • 2-3 frozen bananas (depending on the thickness of the smoothie you want)
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina
  • 1 cup vanilla cashew milk


  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings
  3. Enjoy!


I topped it off with fresh kiwi, cacao nibs, & shredded coconut. Yum!
