Matcha Green Smoothie

Bringing some sunshine into this day with a bright matcha green smoothie bowl. This bowl has a ton of greens and protein, which will keep you full for hours, boost your mood, and keep you energized!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 2 cups of baby organic spinach
  • 1/2 frozen avocado
  • 1 Tbsp flax mill
  • 1 serving of Nuzest vanilla matcha protein
  • Splash of homemade nut milk
  • Organic Blueberry
  • Granola
  • Hemp Seeds


Instructions

  1. In a blender add 1 cup frozen mango, 2 cups baby organic spinach, 1/2 frozen avocado, 1 Tbsp flax mill, 1 serving of vanilla matcha protein, and Splash of homemade nut milk.
  2. Top with organic blueberry, hemp seeds, and granola.
