
Matcha Donuts
Ingredients
DRY:
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 tbs coconut flour
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1.5 tbs cinnamon
- Pinch of pink salt
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar

1 tsp matcha powder
WET:
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 flax eggs
- 1/2 cup homemade almond milk
GLAZE:
- 1 cup organic powdered sugar
- 2 tbs hot water
- sprinkles matcha powder
- Topped with vegan white chocolate
Directions
- Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
- Spray donut pans with organic cooking spray.
- Ppipe into donut pans (use a ziplock and cut a hole in corner).
- Bbake for 13 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Let cool and dip in glaze

Hi Charlotte,
Yes, you could use monkfruit sweetener. Just keep in mind it may taste a little different, but I think it will be delicious.
