Matcha Chia Pudding
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup homemade coconut milk
1/2 cup homemade almond milk
1 tsp matcha.
Mix all ingredients together, leave on the counter for 10 min, stir again, then place in fridge overnight.
The pink layer in the middle is Greek yogurt mixed with beet powder!
