
Layered Matcha Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup homemade coconut milk
- 1/2 cup homemade almond milk
- 1 tsp matcha.
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, leave on the counter for 10 min, stir again, then place in fridge overnight.
- The pink layer is Greek yogurt mixed with Ellie's Best Beet Root Juice powder! Make this and layer it in the middle and on top and enjoy.
