Homemade Vanilla Cashew Milk

  • Soak 1 cup cashews overnight (or boiling water for 2 hours) • Drain and place cashews in high speed blender • Add 1 cup of water- blend until smooth⁠
  •  Add 3 cups of water- blend⁠
  •  Add 2 tsp vanilla extract • Add 2 tsp sweetener of choice (optional) • STRAIN cashew milk in @elliesbest NUT MILK BAG - so cashew milk is creamy and smooth. (Very important)⁠
  • Store in fridge!⁠
