Homemade Golden Mylk Latte
This delicious anti inflammatory latte will help boost your immune system. With adaptogens, golden butter, and homemade nut milk you have a delicious, healthy, warm, cozy drink. The golden butter is omega rich, packed with vitamin A, D, E, and K. A nutrient dense addition that’s great for your gut.
- 1 1/4 cup homemade almond milk
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- Pinch of fresh black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp golden butter
- 1/2 tsp reishi
- 1/2 tsp ashwagandha
- Warm up almond milk with ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper, honey, and golden butter on stove. Whisk until ingredients are combined and bring to a simmer.
- Add mixture with remaining ingredients in blender and blend until incorporated + creamy.
- Pour and enjoy!
