Homemade Cheez-Its

These homemade cheez-its are gluten free, dairy free, baked, and are only three ingredients! 


  • 1 cup cashew pulp
  • 1.5 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Flatten dough as thin as you can (extra crispness!)
  4. Score the dough for the crackers (a pizza wheel helps)
  5. Sprinkle some extra nutritional yeast and salt on top
  6. Cook at 400 F for about 40 minutes!
