These homemade cheez-its are gluten free, dairy free, baked, and are only three ingredients!
- 1 cup cashew pulp
- 1.5 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Flatten dough as thin as you can (extra crispness!)
- Score the dough for the crackers (a pizza wheel helps)
- Sprinkle some extra nutritional yeast and salt on top
- Cook at 400 F for about 40 minutes!
