Healthy Choc-Oat Milk


  • 4 pitted medjool dates ⁣
  • 1.5 tbsp raw cacao powder ⁣
  • 3 cups of filtered water⁣
  • 1/2 cup of Certified GF rolled oats ⁣ ⁣


  1. In a high speed blender, blend the dates & water until smooth.
  2. Add the oats & cacao powder.
  3. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds!
  4. Enjoy!⁣
