Golden Oats


  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • fresh cracked black pepper


  1. Heat almond milk and oats over medium, stirring occasionally, until creamy. 
  2. Remove from heat. 
  3. Stir in turmeric, cinnamon. 
  4. Add a pinch or so of black pepper. 
  5. Salt to taste

You can top this with fruit, granola, nuts - anything - as seen in the photo.
