Golden Milk


  • 1 1/4 cup homemade almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground non-irradiated turmeric
  • pinch of fresh black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp golden butter
  • 1/2 tsp reishi
  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha


  1. Warm-up almond milk with ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper, honey, and golden butter on the stove.
  2. Whisk until ingredients are combined and bring to a simmer. Add the mixture with remaining ingredients in and blend until incorporated + creamy.
