Golden Milk Latte

I’m a firm believer that most chronic illness can be prevented by how we eat! Turmeric is a powerful antioxidant. The incredibly simplified definition of an antioxidant is that it can prevent cellular damage.

Made this golden milk latte from pumpkin seed milk I made using sprouted pumpkin seeds and my @elliesbest nut milk bag. Did you know you can milk seeds? Hell ya you can! And it tastes amazing while providing you with a plethora of vitamins and minerals.

Golden Milk Latte:

  • 1 cup pumpkin seed milk (recipe below) or other milk
  • 2 tsp turmeric extract
  • splash vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup 


  1. Combine all ingredients in a pan
  2. Simmer on low heat x 5 min

Pumpkin seed milk:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
  • Splash of vanilla extract


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into nut milk bag and milk contents into bowl separating the pulp from the milk.
  3. Store in air-tight container and refrigerate.
