Vegan Chocolate Pudding
- 2 ripe avocados⠀
- 1/3 cup coconut oil melted⠀
- 1/3 cup + 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder⠀
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp pure maple syrup⠀
- 3/4 cup homemade milk of choice⠀
- 1/2 tsp vanilla⠀
- Halve and pit the avocados.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour to have chilled pudding.
