Vegan Chocolate Pudding


  • 2 ripe avocados⁠⠀
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted⁠⠀
  • 1/3 cup + 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder⁠⠀
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp pure maple syrup⁠⠀
  • 3/4 cup homemade milk of choice⁠
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla⁠⠀


  1. Halve and pit the avocados.
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour to have chilled pudding.

Amazingly yummy. Avocados and maple syrup at room temperature would work well so coconut oil mixes well.
