Gingerbread Latte




  1. 1. Boil water in kettle. Add water and Hojicha powder to blender along with spices, molasses, coconut butter and coconut sugar.
  2. Heat hemp milk (or use other plant milk) over low heat until hot but not boiling {careful as plant milk will curdle if boiled or over-heated…believe me I did it 3 times this week alone so watch milk as it heats}
  3. Add heated milk to rest of ingredients and whir in blender for at least 45 seconds or until frothy. Pour into your mug & enjoy!
