Ginger Mint Limeade

Ginger Mint Limeade

This ginger mint limeade is so refreshing and makes for the perfect summertime drink!

This recipe is inspired from a recipe in Divya Alter’s cookbook called “What To Eat For How You Feel”. Ginger supports the immune system, reduces inflammation, and maintains good digestion. Drink this with any meal during the day to help aid in digestion.

  • 4 cups filtered water

  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped ginger

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, 3 limes

  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves, no stems

  • 3-4 tablespoon pure maple syrup

  1. In a blender, add 2 cups of filtered water, ginger, lime juice, mint leaves, and maple syrup.

  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minuets.

  3. Line a large bowl with your Bigger Better Nut Milk Bag. Strain liquid.

  4. Add remaining 2 cups of water to bowl and stir to combine.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
