
GF Blue Spirulina Waffles
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp gluten free flour (or AP flour if not GF)
- 1/4 cup water or almond milk
- 2 tsp Blue Spirulina Powder @elliesbest
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Coconut oil, for the pan
Instructions:
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- Start by mixing the dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Then, add the water/almond milk, mashed banana, and vanilla.
- Scoop the batter onto the waffle maker. Let cook for about 2-2.5 minutes. Repeat.
- Top with greek yogurt, warm berries, nut butter, maple syrup, or any other desired toppings!
- Enjoy!
