
Frozen Berry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- Frozen banana
- Blueberries
- Cauliflower
- Vanilla protein powder
- Homemade almond milk
- Chia seeds
- Hemp seeds
- Toasted coconut chips
- Buckwheat groats
- Creamy almond butter
Instructions
- Blend everything together until desired consistency.
- Pour into a mason jar.
- Top with Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds, toasted coconut chips, buckwheat groats, and creamy almond butter.
