Date-Sweetened Chocolate Cashew Milk
- Soak cashews in water for at 2-3 hours (place in fridge if longer).
- Drain the cashews and transfer to a high-speed blender.
- Add in filtered water, date syrup, cacao powder, and sea salt.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
- Grab your Bigger Better Nut Milk Bag and strain the milk into a medium sized bowl.
- Pour into a sealed jar and enjoy! *Store in fridge for up to 4 days.
