Dairy Free Chocolate Muffins



  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line 6 cup muffin pan with baking cups.⁠⠀
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, maple syrup, coconut butter, coconut oil, coconut milk, and chia egg together until combined. •Fold in cacao nibs⁠⠀
  3. Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 25 min or until golden. Let cool and enjoy!⁠⠀
