Cookie Dough Bar
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 3 tbsp brown rice flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2-3 tbsp homemade almond milk
- chopped up dark chocolate bar
- Combine all ingredients together *except for the chocolate bar*.
- Mix in the chopped up dark chocolate bar.
- Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes, cut into squares and enjoy!
