Coconut Kiwi Chia Pudding


  • 1/2 cup homemade almond milk ⁠⠀
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein shake⁠⠀
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds ⁠⠀
  • 1-2 kiwis sliced thinly and/or diced⁠⠀
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes⁠⠀
  • 1-2 pinch Himalayan pink salt⁠⠀


  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Chill in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to allow the pudding to set.
