Coconut Cashew Bliss Balls!


  • 1/2c cashews
  • 1/4c cashew butter
  • 3/4c dates*
  • 1/2c rolled oats
  • 1/2c shredded coconut
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • Pinch salt
  • ~1tbsp almond milk (optional)

   1.Add oats and cashews to a high speed food processor and pulse into tiny          pieces
   2.Add all ingredients and blend until combined and a dough texture forms.             Add  ~1tbsp almond milk if needed to bind.
   3.Form dough into balls and roll in extra coconut if desired. Place in fridge 1hr        to set and enjoy!
  *if dates are not soft, soak in warm water for 10mins. Then drain, pat dry and       continue on with recipe
