Cinnamon Pecan Mylk & Peach Pecan Smoothie

Cinnamon Pecan Mylk

  • Soak 1 cup pecans for 4-6 hours
  • Drain & blend with 4 cups water
  • Strain using the Nut Milk Bag
  • Re-blend with pinch salt and hefty sprinkles of cinnamon. 
  • (It’ll last about 3 days in the fridge✨)


Peach Pecan Smoothie 🍑

  • 1/2 juicy peach 
  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • 1 cup cinnamon pecan mylk 
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds 
  • 5. 1 Tbsp almond butter 
  • 1 Tbsp flax meal 
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon 
  • Dash of each: nutmeg, ginger, salt 
  • 1/2 tsp maca

Blend it all up and top it with peach slices and homemade hemp & goji granola✨
