Cinnamon Bun Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 banana smashed
  • 1 flax egg
  • 1/2 cup homemade plant based milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Toppings

  • Syrup
  • Frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, cook pancakes.
  2. Top it with some syrup and frozen blueberries.
