Chocolate Chip Tahini Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/3 c tahini
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 c homemade almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c melted coconut oil
- 1 1/2 c oat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c chocolate chips
Instructions
- Whisk together the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in the dry ingredients and then mix in the chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350 for 50-55 min or until you can stick a fork in the middle and it comes out clean.
- Let it cool and enjoy!

These are delicious! Thank you for sharing the recipe, I’ll be making these again very soon! I used a 9×13 and baked it for about 25mins, and they still came out amazing.
