Chocolate Chip Tahini Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/3 c tahini
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 c homemade almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c melted coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 c oat flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the wet ingredients until smooth.
  2. Fold in the dry ingredients and then mix in the chocolate chips.
  3. Bake at 350 for 50-55 min or until you can stick a fork in the middle and it comes out clean.
  4. Let it cool and enjoy!
