Chia Seed Pudding Toast
1.In a mason jar mix 3 tbsp
Chia Seed Pudding:
chia seeds with 3/4 of a cup of unsweetened almond milk (I used homemade almond milk w/ my nut bag from @elliesbest)
2. Refrigerate over night, in the morning stir it up, and I added in 1 tbsp lean salted caramel protein (@tropeaka), 1 scoop collagen, and 1 tsp. organic maca powder.
For toast is used sesame Ezekiel Bread, I spread a little homemade peanut butter on it, added my chia seed pudding and topped it will blueberries, raspberries, and almond butter.
