Cauliflower pizza crust is actually super easy to make! The trick is to get all of the water out of the cauliflower using your Bigger Better Nut Milk Bag so that it isn't watery!
1 bag of riced cauliflower steamed
1/2 cup of mozzarella
1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp onion powder
Steam your cauliflower and then strain through your Bigger Better Nut Milk Bag and squeeze to remove all excess water.
Then blend your cauliflower with the rest of the crust ingredients.
Bake the crust for 25 min @ 400.
Top it with your favorite toppings and throw it back in the oven for a few minutes!
